Automatic anodizing and crack detection line for parts of the aircraft industry

  • 3 hoists with drip tray and service platform, 2 hoists equipped with integrated exhaust system

  • 15 storage positions
  • Integrated crack detection consisting of one darkroom each for washing, developing and testing with UV illumination

  • Radio remote control of the system

  • Liquid level measurement with absolute system
  • The hoists can be operated without PLC like an indoor crane via manual remote control
